Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate has fleshy notes of tangy red berries, with a lingering deep chocolate finish,  each bite takes you on a voyage to Madagascar also known as the " Scented Isle" where amazing cacao trees, delicious fruit, and wonderful spices grow. 

The perfect balance of cocoa solids and sugar. The Manjari chocolate contains a minimum of 64% cocoa solids and is made from a single variety of Madagascar cocoa beans.

Since 1922, Valrhona, a supreme chocolate maker, has been providing exceptional products that make each taste a special moment: - Growing, sourcing, and selecting rare cocoa, creating a range of unique tastes in its chocolate factory in the heart of the Rhône Valley, in France - serving the moist prestigious confectioners and chefs.

 Ingredients: Cocoa Beans from Madagascar, ( 64% Cocoa Minimum, Pure Cocoa Butter)  Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Extract.
